This chair comes in at a whopping €684.46, which is about £569.10 or $741.70. No, this is not the most expensive chair out there, not by a long shot, but it is still quite the investment for a chair. Compared to other premium gaming chair brands, this is on the pricy side for many of the same features; that isn’t to say that the other options are better value, because this chair has features that are missing from the slightly cheaper premium chairs.
Overall, I like this chair; the build process was simple and didn’t take very long, the comfort is good, and the support does a very good job of keeping me sitting with good posture. Using the chair is simple to do once you learn where the controls are, making it easy to get the chair in just the right place for your comfort and posture.
I have two large issues with the chair that is admittedly very picky of me, the first is the headrest; as I previously mentioned, it feels pointless. Having a headrest that you can’t reach when sat comfortably with correct posture is kind of useless; to use the headrest without leaning my head back I need to start slouching quite some way, which defeats the point of the lumbar support.
The second issue I have is the gamer pulse, once again my complaint is that it seems useless; why do you need a light on part of your chair you won’t see? And not only that, you need to remove and charge it, the inconvenience gained from using the gamer pulse is beyond not worth it. I really do not understand this choice and think that it could’ve been improved by omitting it all together and replacing it with a logo that doesn’t light up.
Don’t let my nit-picking discourage you though, though, this chair is a very premium option and proves its worth by making me comfortable for hours while testing it and while writing this very review. Since moving to this chair, I have been sitting with the correct posture far more frequently, this is partly because I’m not slipping on the cushion and partly because it’s actually comfortable to sit on while maintaining correct posture.
If you are willing to spend this much on a chair knowing that it will help you improve your physical health, then I see no reason to not recommend this chair; had I been using this while gaming and not while trying to evaluate it, then I can easily see myself spending far longer gaming before getting uncomfortable and shifting around in my seat.
I primarily play games on PC and know the importance of a chair that properly supports you, and can you really put a price on your physical health? Well… yes, you can; this chair isn’t even the most expensive chair out there with these features. Quality materials, construction, and the engineering behind designing a chair to support you properly all come at a cost, like anything, higher quality costs more money, and as a result, you end up with a more expensive (but better) product. So should you buy one? If you have this kind of money to spend then yes, go for it; and with so many colour options and the option to get custom patches then you can really make it your own.
