InWin has today launched its latest PC case, the D5, a Mid-Tower case which offers optimized airflow, sensible layout, versatile hardware instalment, as well as a clean and simple overall design.
InWin D5
The D5 is a Mid-Tower PC Case which boasts full mesh front and top panels to provide optimal cooling for its internal components. Its side panels, including the tempered glass panel, are all tool-less making the build process a lot simpler, plus the chassis includes a concealed headphone hanger on the front. The PCIe bracket is rotatable which better allows for vertical configurations plus InWin also include a magnetic GPU holder. Due to the headphone hanger, the front I/O is positioned on top of the case and includes a USB 3.2 gen 2 Type-C connector, two USB 3.2 gen 1 and a 3.1mm audio combo jack.
Cooling Support
By default the case comes equipped with a single Neptune AN120 ARGB fan, but users can expand upon this with support for up to three 120mm front fans, three 120mm top fans and one rear fan. This fan support also allows room for up to 360mm radiators in the top or front.
Hardware Compatibility
Hardware support is off to a strong start with support for E-ATX motherboards as well as ASUS BTF and MSI Project Zero motherboards with backside connectivity. GPU support at 365mm of clearance is just above the average for the RTX 4090 so larger cards may need checking before installing. There is room for up to 165mm CPU heatsinks as well as up to 180mm PSUs.
Price and Availability
The InWin D5 is available now from the InWin store for €129.99, visit the product page for more information.
