The InWin Polaris RGB LED fans which the company displayed at Computex is now available. Just like the Aurora fans released last month, the Polaris RGB LED fans are daisy-chainable. However, users can hook it up to an ASUS, MSI or Gigabyte motherboard with a 4-pin RGB header.

To make sure that the LED shines through, the Polaris fans use a round transparent frame. The seven-blade impeller is also transparent, allowing for the LED coming from the center hub to flow through into the frame. The only part that is not transparent is the corner mounts which have rubber padding for vibration absorption.

Pricing and Availability

InWin did not reveal pricing yet. It is not even on their e-Store list. However, the product page is up.  Also since it does not come with an RGB controller box, it might even be more affordable than the $89 USD Aurora 3-pack. In fact, users will be able to purchase the InWin Polaris in single or two-pack versions.
