Flappy Bird is no more, rejoice, sing it from the roof tops, throw a party, the little yellow pain in the a** is no more. Of course you may still have it installed on your phone, but at least it has been cut off at the source. Yet just when you thought a crazy couldn’t get any more ridiculous, some people have started listing iPhones on eBay with the game pre-installed.
The idea is that since you cannot download the game any more, it is now a valuable commodity, but I’ll let you in on a secret, it’s not worth a damn thing. Just Google the APK from your android phone and download it from a 3rd party, done, $1500 saved.
No one seems to be seriously buying these products, actually after a little investigating I’ve seen the auction trolls take one of them up to around $100,000.
You can buy a new iPhone for less than what some of these used Flappy Bird phones were listed at.
