Price
Unfortunately, we couldn’t find retail links for this kit at this time. However, you can find GOODRAM products directly on their Amazon store, and we expect the stock to land pretty soon. Please keep an eye out for it, and we’ll update this page as soon as possible.
Overview
GOODRAM may have a bit of experience in the PC component market, but to us here at eTeknix, they’re pretty new to us. They’re not likely a name many of you have heard before, but if today’s review is anything to go by, they’re a name you’re going to be seeing a lot more of in the coming weeks, months and years.
Build Quality
It seems that GOODRAM has gone for a keep it simple formula with this kit, and that’s a good thing. For standard form factor modules, their compatibility is going to be very high indeed. However, they’ve still installed a great quality heat spreader that does the job nicely. Not only do they cool efficiently, they also have enough headroom to push the clocks way past stock values.
Aesthetics
GOODRAM make this module in a few unique colours and designs. Of course, ours are branded for a PC system builder, but they’re the same core modules you’ll find at retail or from other partner brands. The black on black design with the silver trim looks great though and would match any colour scheme with ease.
Performance
Stright out the gates, the modules performed beautifully, rubbing shoulders with the biggest names in the business. However, overclocking saw some very impressive gains with minimal efforts. Hitting 3600 MHz is a very nice boost overall, and for those who want the absolute best performance, they do not disappoint. If you’re on the market for some “good ram” then what can I say, the brand lives up to their name.
