CeBIT 2017 Preview has shown a lot so far, but one of the biggest aspects for the main show in March 2017 is their partnership with Japan. Japan ambassador Takeshi Yagi took to the stage to discuss how they’ll be working with CeBIT at the show and what knowledge, business opportunities and technologies they’ll be bringing with them. Takeshi even wants Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to attend, but they’re still waiting clearance to see if schedules would permit it.
The Japanese attendance is a first for CeBIT, and also marks the largest investment of a partner country for the event. They’ll have a whopping 7200sqm of space, and 118 Japanese companies exhibiting their products, so we’re super excited to visit the show floor in March for an in-depth look.
