Noctua in recent years entered the graphics card business in partnership with ASUS producing Noctua-cooled graphics cards for the RTX 3080 and RTX 4080, these marked official Noctua graphics cards as opposed to the usual zip-tie Noctua fans to an existing card that was often seen shared on enthusiast forums. As it turns out, a Japanese company Sycom has also decided to produce Noctua cooled RTX 4060 Ti and RTX 4070 graphics cards.
As shared by VideoCardz, Sycom has partnered with another company Nagao industry who has produced a special frame capable of accommodating two Noctua fans which can be attached to a heatsink for the RTX 4070 or RTX 4060 Ti. The frame can host either two 120mm A12x25 LS-PWM fans or two 140mm NF-A9–x14 PWM. These cards come with the focus being on silent cooling which Noctua is best known for. Sycom shared some graphs showing the volume and temperatures of the cards which show less than 40 db even under load as well as better temperatures than the compared graphics card.
It appears as though these cards won’t be available in the DIY market and will also be exclusive to Japan. The possible use cases here are in pre-built systems for gaming or office environments that require graphics cards and low noise.
