Jonsbo has also launched alongside the C6 MATX case, the N2 Mini ITX chassis designed for NAS servers.
The N2 from Jonsbo is an ITX chassis with an overall volume of 11L and measures in at 222.5mm x 222.5mm x 224mm (W x D x H). The chassis, available in white or black, has been constructed from aluminium and features removable panels for easy access plus non-slip feet on the base. The key feature of this chassis is the inclusion of a dedicated chamber that accommodates up to five 3.5″ HDDs with a server-grade backplate that features hot-swappable technology. It features a very basic I/O with a single USB 3.0 port, USB 3.2 Type C and a headphone/mic jack.
Cooling support is minimal with just a single pre-installed 120mm fan on the rear panel behind the storage plate. The fan provides great static pressure and airflow whilst also remaining whisper quiet and pulls its air through the front mesh grill.
The N2 being an ITX case only supports ITX boards with a CPU cooler clearance of up to 65mm tall plus can fit low-profile GPUs or other expansion cards up to 197mm in length. The system also only supports SFX power supplies. Moving to the key detail of this case alongside the five 3.5″ HDD slots is a 2.5″ SSD tray within the motherboard compartment offering the option of fast speed storage for a boot drive.
The Jonsbo N2 Mini-ITX NAS chassis is available in both black and white from Overclockers.co.uk for a price of £139.99.
