We love hearing about new product launches here at eTeknix, but the latest one from KFC is unlike any we’ve seen before. The new fried chicken themed range of peripherals have been created to celebrate KFC’s 30th birthday in Japan and they’re certainly unique.
The keyboard is littered with miniature pieces of chicken instead of lettered key-caps, with the exception of the K, F and C keys and the Colonel figure standing on the Esc key. Then we have the slick new mouse which comes in the shape of a chicken drumstick.
If the keyboard and mouse are too much for you, there are also some drumstick shaped USB drives available. However, if you feel the need to really stand out from the crowd, then you always have chicken drumstick earrings!
Unfortunately the products aren’t available at retail (yet), so you’ll have to go to Japan and try win them via an in-store competition, or maybe sift through eBay.co.jp in a few weeks time.
