Kia Entering U.S Electric Car Market In 2014 With The Soul

South Korean automobile manufacturer Kia is planning an entrance into the American electric car market for the first time with a new electric vehicle. Kia will launch its Soul line of electric cars according to AutoBlog, that’s alongside the petrol powered Soul cars it already offers.

The electric soul will be battery powered but other than that not much is known about it in terms of its specifications. The Soul electric vehicle is currently being tested and put through production prototypes so should be available at some stage in 2014. The Kia Soul EV will compete with very popular electric car offerings from Tesla in the USA.
