Kingston has revealed a new external SSD, the XS1000 which joins the existing XS2000 as a new lightweight portable SSD option in Kingston’s lineup with weights under 29g.
The XS1000 is a sleek and portable SSD that measures 69.54 x 32.58 x 13.5 mm and weighs under 29g allowing it to slip into your pocket with ease. This small drive is offered in capacities of 1TB and 2TB with speeds of up to 1050MB/s read and 1000MB/s write through USB 3.2 Gen 1. The drive is compatible with Windows, macOS, Linux, Chrome OS, Android and iOS plus comes with a 5-year warranty.
