The modules come in a standard plastic pack that we’ve come to include from Kingston with a large red security seal wrapped around the clear packaging. A model number and a few specifications are also visible before you open the pack up.
Taking the modules out of the pack, we can see a completely new design from Kingston with new black heatspreaders which lets off an aggressive feel and includes a lower-profile section towards the middle which may assist in heat dissipation. Upon the heatspreaders we find the Kingston logo as well as the HyperX Beast branding so there is no confusion.
On the other side of the modules, we find more HyperX Beast branding and a barcode sticker with relevant module details on.
Zooming closer into this sticker, we can see that we have a KHX24CT11T3K2/8X kit meaning that it’s an 8GB (2x4GB) set of modules running at 2400MHz with a CAS latency of 11 and as we can see, operates at 1.65V.
