Kingston Computex 2018
We’re big fans of the Kingston product range here at eTeknix. From their amazing peripherals to their blazing fast storage products, it seems they have something for everyone. Their remaining 2018 range is shaping up nicely too, and they brought it all along to Computex 2018.
CLOUD Alpha
Their new CLOUD Alpha, which features improved dual-chamber drivers, for higher quality and less distortion. Of course, it still has the legendary build quality we expect from the CLOUD range. However, it’s been tweaked a little bit, to have an even cooler design than before. It’ll support PC and all major consoles too.
CLOUD Flight
Tired of those pesky wires? Their new flight headset features a staggering 30-hour battery life, rotating ear cups, LED lighting effects, and supports PC, PS4 and PS4 Pro. It looks pretty robust too, yet maintains a surprisingly low weight.
CLOUD Stinger Core
The new Core model is built for the budget end of the market, but still promises impressive sound quality, a built-in microphone, thick ear padding, and support for PlayStation consoles.
PulseFire Surge and Alloy FPS RGB
The Surge and Alloy FPS RGB tick all the right boxes for high-end gaming peripherals. Equipped with full spectrum RGB lighting, mechanical (Kailh) switches on the keyboard, Omron switches on the mouse, as well as a trusty Pixart3389 optical sensor for 16k DPI tracking. For PC gamers, this should make a great combination.
Console Storage
Give your Switch a kick up the butt with a storage boost. The new HyperX 256GB Micro SD is a Class 10 UHS-I. It has speeds of 80MB/s read and is perfect for Nintendo’s latest console.
HyperX Savage EXO
PC doesn’t have to have all the fun, and those needing external storage for their consoles don’t have to suffer from slow read speeds. Their new drive is perfect for consoles, is 20% fast than the consoles internal storage, and has read/write speeds of 500/480 MB/s.
Prices and Availability
No prices were provided here, but we’re expecting them to be similar to their predecessors. We’re expecting to have reviews ready for you as each product hits the market, so stay tuned for more updates.
