KLEVV C910 NVMe Gen4x4 2TB M.2 SSD Review

The KLEVV C910 is rated at 5200/4800 MB/s read and write on the box, but as you can see, it exceeds both of these figures, hitting 5273.3/5058.52. Of course, your mileage may vary and some less-powerful motherboards/CPU combos may come in closer to the rated specifications.
IOPS are looking great too, with over 250K on the RND4K as we would expect, but also good Q1T1, which tells us the drive should handle smaller file transfers really well too.
This can be seen here, where we move hundreds of files totalling just 64mb, we see a quick transfer time of 329ms and nearly 200 MB/s transfer rate.
Moving up to 6 files totalling 50GB, the transfer speed is obviously much higher at 3226 MB/s, and the test only took 15.8 seconds to complete, so another great result here.
We see this reflected in ATTO too, where the drive quickly gets up to its full speed from around 64K writes, but read steadily increased until it hit its maximum from around 4MB, and was pretty consistent after that.
Anvil often shows lower read and write speeds than CrystalDiskMark, but the results here are still very good indeed. More importantly, we see very fast response times throughout all of the benchmarks, giving it a high score of 21223.
Again, very fast access times, and great results in both the 4K and 64 Thread performance, right on the money for what we expected from this drive.
This is really reflected best in the AS SSD Compression test, where the read and write are incredibly consistent with no dips at all. We often see a few blips here, so this is a rare thing to see, and obviously a superb result too.
For writing uncompressed 5K 10 Bit video, the drive excelled yet again, and could easily do multiple streams of high-resolution video read or write simultaneously.
For gaming, this is a great drive, resulting is fast loading times in all scenes in FFXIV Endwalker, which gave it an “extremely high” performance result.
We can see good bandwidth and access times throughout all the tests in Storage Benchmark, with positive results for loading, saving, recording, etc.
Throughout all our testing, the drive never exceeded 45c, which again, is pretty fantastic, and thermal throttling is never going to be an issue here.
