KLEVV @ Computex 2023

When it comes to premium memory and storage products, KLEVV is always high on my list. They’re not one of the biggest known names, at least not yet, but they’ve made all the right moves with their hardware, so I’m certain that will change. We stopped by their booth to check out their new PCIe Gen5 and DDR5 hardware!
Their demo system is running the new CRAS V RGB DDR5 Gaming and OC memory, which can deliver a whopping 8600 MT/s.
As is always the case with KLEVV, the heatsink is absolutely stunning, delivering plenty of cooling performance to maintain performance. The RGB is set into the spine too, allowing for more aluminum on the sides, without making the modules any taller.
There’s also the CRAS C950 M.2, a new PCIe Gen 5×4, M.2 SSD, which comes with a 2TB capacity and the performance you we’ve come to expect from all these new Gen5 drives… it’s FAST!
In addition, there’s also the CRAS XR5 RGB memory, which is again DDR5, and runs at up to 8000 MT/s, plus, I absolutely love the golf-ball like texture and white finish, as it really makes that RGB pop.
This also includes a CRAS C950 PCIE Gen 5×4 M.2 SSD finished in white to match up for those who like a lighter-coloured PC build.
They had one of the more unique mods of the show too, some kind of alien jet engine that made for quite a show piece for their latest products.
This one was really something, it appears to be a DAAN case, but so heavily custom that it’s barely recognizable, and features a built-in purifier system that can expel pure water vapor on demand… Pretty amazing stuff.
Albeit, for all its capabilities, it is quite space-consuming, with external tanks and filters.
