KLEVV @ Computex 2024

Computex 2024:

KLEVV is well known as one of the most high-end and premium storage and memory brands on the market, and rightly so, they’ve continued to deliver exceptional quality products over the years, and often best in their respectively class when it comes to performance, construction and components.

That trend looks set to continue this year too, with their Genuine G560 Gen5 drive, which will be available as a 1TB, 2TB or 4TB drive. It can deliver 13000 MB/s Read and 9500 Write on the 1TB, but this is 14,000 and 12,000 on the 2TB and 4TB variants.

Next up, there’s the M.2 NVMe PCIe Gen4x4 CRAS C925, with a focus on affordability and speed. However, with speeds of up to 7400 MB/s read and 6500 write, it’s certainly no slouch, and since it’s a 1-sided design, it’s also going to have the best compatibility with laptops, consoles and more.

Then finally for storage, the CRAS C910, with an even stronger focus on affordability, it tops out at 5200 MB/s read and 4800 MB/s write, so still 10x faster than a 2.5″ SSD and a great option for those looking to enter the world of M.2 storage without spending a small fortune.

However, their star product this year has to be the incredible CRAS V RGB memory, which comes in speeds of up to 8000 MT/s, but the demo system they’re showing here shows just how hard this memory can be pushed, with it running at an incredible 10000 MT/s on a Ryzen 5 8500G system, so it’s not like they’re just using flagship hardware here to push the memory.

Without a doubt this is much faster than the memory in the majority of our readers systems, and shows that there’s still plenty of life in DDR5 memory yet!

The kits will be available in speeds of 6000 MT/s up to 8400 MTs, and a while the lower speed kits are available in 16GB, 24GB and 32GB, the mid-speed are only 16GB and 24GB, while the flagship speeds only come in 24GB DIMMs.
