Team Ninja and Koei Tecmo is announcing that a PC release of Nioh: Complete Edition is heading to Steam. If you are not familiar with the game, think of it as Dark Souls but with Samurais and Japanese monsters. The Action RPG is originally a PlayStation 4 exclusive but PC gamers will be able to play it in full starting November 7.
The “Complete Edition” for the PC is exactly what it suggests. It includes all three downloadable-content expansions plus the base game. Users can also choose playing between two modes: cinematic or action. Action mode gives users 60fps of action while cinematic mode is for users who want 4K gaming. Also to celebrate the title’s launch on Steam, developers Team Ninja is also adding a character-wearable “Dharmachakra Kabuto” helmet with a valve as a nod. It can be claimed by selecting “Boons” from a shrine. Steam’s Complete Edition will also come with all seven weapon types and onmyo magics unlocked from the get-go.
