Kolink has today launched two new Mid-Tower cases, the Observatory HF and the Unity Lateral both offering visually appealing PC case options.
The new Observatory HF is a mid-tower PC case that offers options of both glass and mesh front panels as well as either white or black colour options. The case provides the option of either enhanced ventilation or enhanced ARGB visuals thanks to the pre-installed Kolink Umbra ARGB fans. The case measures 390 x 200 x 449mm and features USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 connectivity as well as HD audio and a dedicated fan control button.
All models of the Observatory HF are equipped with six Kolink Umbra ARGB fans with three 140mm in the front panel, two 120mm in the top and one in the back filling up effectively all the available space. Water cooling enthusiasts will be able to fit a 360mm radiator in the front of the case to effectively water-cool the system.
For hardware, the case can accommodate up to an ATX motherboard with a CPU cooler up to 160mm in height. The case can support up to 330mm of GPU and features 7 expansion slots. For storage, there is room for two 3.5″ drives and two 2.5″ drives providing plenty of storage expansion room.
Also launching is the Unity Lateral, a mid-tower case that comes in slightly larger at 455 x 230 x 510mm. This case offers a more airflow-focused fine mesh front panel and is available in both an ARGB model and a performance model separated by the choice of fans. This case offers a more filling I/O with 1x USB-C, 1x USB 3.1, 1x USB 2.0 and both audio input and output jacks. The tempered glass side panel of the case is also on a hinge for easy and convenient access.
Both of these cases arrive with pre-installed fans with either four 120mm Umbra S ARGB fans or three 120mm PWM fans on the performance model. In total these cases can support up to 8 fans with three 120 or 140mm in the front, three 120mm in the top and one in the rear or side. Water-cooling fans can also equip this case with up to a 420mm radiator in the front, 360mm in the top and 240mm in the side.
These cases are capable of fitting up to an E-ATX motherboard with a CPU cooler of up to 185mm in height. There is plenty of GPU clearance with up to 410mm of room as well as a vertical mounting bracket for a unique look. For storage the case features two 2.5″ bays and two 3.5″ bays.
