Latest Lian Li Prototypes on Display at CES 2017

Lian Li always have something cool to show at CES, and CES 2017 was no exception. They rocked up with their new PC-012, a slim form factor mid-tower which features three sides of tempered glass to show off your hardware, but what’s really freaky is that the motherboard is on the right side of the chassis, while the GPUs are mounted BEHIND the motherboard on their side! Using special riser cards, you can mount two dual slot cards in the rear section of this dual chamber chassis, how cool is that!
The PC-08L is another dual chamber design, with triple tempered glass panels, and room for an E-ATX motherboard, eight 3.5″ drives, six 2.5″ drives, ATX PSU, and impressive cooling support. There’s room for 4 x fans in the front, three in the top, four in the back, three on the bottom and removable panels with dust filters where they’re needed!
Their latest prototype is an absolute monster too, following on from their mighty V1000 and V2000 chassis is the V3000. It’s huge, and it features all the high-end build quality you would expect, brushed aluminium, huge tempered glass panels on each side, and extensive hardware support.
It’ll house XL and E-ATX motherboards, completely modular and individually removable hard drive bays, each of which support two 3.5″ or 2.5″ drives.
there’s a huge bank of fans pre-installed, but you’ll be able to fit 360mm radiators in the top, 240mm in the front, or a beastly 480mm in the bottom mount!
It also comes with a bracket for pumps and reservoirs built-in.
Extensive cable routing space.
ATX PSU support and more HDD mounts behind the motherboard tray.
It’s still a prototype and there’s work to be done, but we expect to see the final version at Computex 2017.
