For all those upset about the Fallout 4 hoax, we have some good news. According to information attained by Kotaku, Bethesda’s next entry into the post-apocalyptic world of Fallout will indeed be getting made and is currently in production. New information has surfaced in the form of documents from a casting call which goes on to describe character details, scripts, locations and although no reference is made to Fallout (or id the word Fallout in any of these scripts) several key features in these leaked documents described key settings and locations in Bethesda’s post-apocalyptic world. Also a big piece of information can be found in the script of the games introduction, “War. War never changes” This is the opening monologue usually spoken by actor Ron Perlman in Fallout 1, 2 and 3.
This is the first piece of news we have received about Fallout since the fake teaser website TheSurvivor2299 popped up on Reddit a couple of weeks ago. Since this was proven to be a hoax, many have been wondering when and if another Fallout would be coming and now we can rest easy knowing that the game is under development and may be set in Boston.
Thank you Kotaku for providing us with this information.
