The second incarnation of the Nexus 10 is due to be made by ASUS, not Samsung who make the current Nexus 10. Android Police have managed to spot the Nexus 10 on a leaked inventory listing coming from a PC World employee on Twitter. The above image that was leaked suggests that the Nexus 10 will be made by ASUS, as previously speculated, and that it is nearing its launch. The leak also gives us pricing of $349.99 for the 16GB version and an estimated price of $550 for the 32GB version.
The confirmation means that Google have ditched Samsung in favour of ASUS, probably due to the relative success of the Nexus 7 and relative mediocrity of the Nexus 10. Expect ASUS to take that rather average plastic large-bezel Samsung Nexus 10 design and throw it out the window. In its place expect something more solidly built, probably similar to the new Nexus 7.
