Could a massive Grand Theft Auto VI reveal be on the horizon? I certainly think there’s merit for this one, but Rockstar so famously does things their own way, which is to say the long and slow way, so when will GTA VI be out? Freaking ages, but if rumours are to be believed, our first trailer may be with us soon; albeit, likely just a teaser trailer.
The game has been in development for years, and that’s not a shock to anyone who still plays GTA V, which came out on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 originally, and is still with us and honestly, pretty damn fun, to this day.
We do know GTA VI is on the way, they straight up told us so a couple of years ago now. Then there was that famous leak of an early build of the game a few months back that really showed us a lot of what we might see, even if most of it would change by the time the game was ready for release.
However, now an industry insider is saying something about an upcoming GTA VI trailer, which may include story details about Lucia, one of the game’s two protagonists, which appears to be a male/female duo.
“Plane passes, a lizard crosses the street, Lucia is in prison exercising, dogs are playing, a little doggy rolls on the beach.” said the Brazillian YouTuber SaninPlay. Are they talking out of their ass? Perhaps, but honestly, these cryptic tweet-style leeks have really been hitting the mark in recent years, and leaks are far more reliable than they used to be in many cases.
This trailer could be coming out soon, or perhaps someone in the production team of the said trailer has let something slip a little early, we just don’t know?! Either way, if you see a trailer in the coming months, and it’s got a blizzard and a dog in it, then we’ll be keeping a closer eye on what SanInPlay has to say in the future.
