The Marvel universe is under threat by time-travelling villain Kang the Conqueror. No, not the cinematic universe since Thanos is already on his way to destroy that. No, not the Marvel comicbook universe either. Bad writers and poor sales are already destroying that. This time it is the Marvel LEGO universe in peril (once again).
The much awaited sequel is written by Avengers veteran writer Kurt Busiek. So there likely won’t be any transparent political agendas here like in the new Marvel comics. Just pure LEGO fun. It will also feature characters everyone is familiar with. This includes the Iron Man, Spider-man, the Guardians of the Galaxy, and more. Plus, Kang messing up time-and-space continuum makes for some interesting alternate character versions including Old West and THOR: Ragnarok characters. This means fans get to see Gladiator Hulk on their gaming screens at the same time as the movie version on Thor 3.
The trailer was first shown only to attendees at New York Comic Con last weekend. Now it is online for everyone to see. It even features Astro the cosmonaut from the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie.
The game is coming out soon on November 14 worldwide. It will be available on all platforms including Sony PS4, Microsoft Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Windows PC.
Considering it runs on the Nintendo Switch, the system requirements for the PC is very lenient.
