Lego Space Competition Enters Voting Stage

Lego Space Competition

Lego recently launched a competition for aspiring master builders to create their own lego homage to space travel. At this point, if you really wanted to enter, then I’m sorry, but it’s all over.

It’s not all bad news though. We do, however, now have the finalists and from them, you can vote for the one you think is the best creation.

Prizes!

The entrants can be viewed on their website here and some of the creations are pretty amazing.

The winner of the competition will have the opportunity to see their model crafted into an official Lego kit. If that wasn’t enough they will also win a bundle of sets and a $250 voucher for their website.

Runners Up

Ten lucky runners up will receive a $125 voucher for the Lego Store and in addition, a bundle of toys. All in all, there’s a lot going on in this competition.

While it is now too late to take part yourself, it still gives you the opportunity to check the many entries made and cast your vote for the winner.

I’m just sorry I missed the deadline

You would struggle to find someone out there who didn’t like Lego. While I must admit I’m a little disappointed I wasn’t able to raid my kids’ toybox to create my own, seeing what some people have come up with is pretty cool none-the-less.

Check it out, cast your vote and be inspired! Bear in mind the images in this article are but a small selection you can choose from! Our personal favourite Lego model is the Saturn 5 rocket.

What do you think? Are you a fan of Lego? Are you a grown-up fan? What’s your favourite kit? – Let us know in the comments!
