Battery Performance

Battery benchmark for Android devices simulates a pseudo-realistic usage of a typical day-to-day run of a mobile device including : GPS, WiFi, BlueTooth, CPU, screen, sends and receives data over the network, etc. Through each iteration of the benchmark, a tick or click can be heard to simulate app sounds and device lock, whilst displaying the latest statistics on-screen. Results are then uploaded to the internet, where the results from a multitude of devices and version can be directly compared.

As we would typically expect to see, tablets such as the S6000 carry a longer lifespan on them over some of the latest smartphones on the market. With just under 15 hours of constant usage recorded, the S6000 is more than ready for a full day of use before it needs to be plugged in.
