Lenovo unveiled what is the smallest workstation PC yet: The ThinkStation P320 Tiny. As one can see from the photo, the P320 Tiny truly is small. It measures 34.56 x 180.34 x 182.88mm, and is only 1L in volume. Inside, it is running an Intel Kaby Lake CPU on a Q270 platform. Even more surprisingly, it is running a discrete NVIDIA Quadro P600 GPU.

Lenovo moved the power supply outside to keep the P320 Tiny compact. A 135W power adapter plugs in, and it provides enough juice for an i7 CPU. The Intel Core i7-7700T for example, only has a 35W TDP. NVIDIA’s Quadro P600 GPU on the other hand has a 40W TDP rating. Keeping with the compact size, the workstation also uses DDR4 SODIMM memory and M.2 NVMe SSDs for storage. An optical drive add-on is also available.
The tiny workstation also boasts a wealth of external connectivity options. There are audio jacks for a headphone and a microphone in front. Two USB 3.0 ports are right beside it, with four additional USB 3.0 ports at the rear. Network support includes a Gigabit Ethernet port as well as an Intel 802.11ac, 2×2 5GHz WiFi.
Pricing and Availability
The Lenovo ThinkStation P320 Tiny is available now starting at $799 USD.
