Lian Li have revealed yet another brand new case and this time they are opting for the full tower market segment. This fully aluminium full tower case, the PC-A79, features a removable motherboard tray and is capable of supporting HPTX, E-ATX, XL-ATX, ATX and Micro-ATX motherboards.
The case measures in at W 230 x H 618 x D 596mm and is available in either silver or black. The front I/O features four USB 3.0, eSATA and audio connectors. It has a stealth-panel cover so it can be hidden when not in use.
Internally there is support for up to nine 3.5 inch devices in three individual drive cages as well as eight 2.5 inch devices. Graphics cards up to 350mm/13.6 inches can be installed and with 11 expansion slots 4 way SLI/CFX is supported. The case is relatively thin and aimed at watercooling so CPU coolers up to 165mm are supported. The case has a dedicated top mount for a 240mm radiator. The case uses two rear wheels and two front feet to move around. The case comes pre-fitted with three front, two side and one rear 120mm fans.
