Lian Li has announced its latest offering to the chassis market, the PC-A05FN which it claims has an out-of-the-box design when it comes to cooling.
So, to cooling where it has a 120mm fan positioned at the top of the rear panel and a 120mm fan located on the front panel in front of the HDD bay. This is set-up to flow from the rear to the front. There is also space for a 140mm fan along the top panel as well as good venting around the case. The PSU bay is also located at the front of the chassis for improved cooling and the case will also accommodate most liquid cooling solution. Simply put, they have taken the normal design and flipped it round – we can’t see how this is so revolutionary!
The PC-A05FN provides 3*3.5″ and 2* 2.5″ bays internally as well as 1*3.5″ and 2*5.25″ external bays. Graphics cards up to a large 280mm in length are also supported.
This case should be available from later this month with an MSRP of ~$119 USD.
