Lian Li PC-T70 Test Bench at CES 2017

Lian Li make some of the best test benches on the market, and now they look set to try to take that popularity into the future with the reveal of their next test bench, the PC-T70. This is quite an interesting looking test bench to say the least, and while it will come in an open top version, this one has an enclosed perspex case design. Lian Li have heard that many hardware testers need a test bench, but that the open-air designs often don’t reflect the real-world performance of products like graphics cards and CPU coolers. By closing up the chassis they can control airflow, air pressure, and more.
With room for an E-ATX motherboard, 2 x 120mm or 2 x 140mm fans on each side, as well as respectively sized radiators, an ATX PSU, and plenty of storage bays in the lower section, it could prove to be a very popular test bench when it launches later this year.
What do you think of the enclosed design of the T70? Is this something you could use, or would you prefer to use an open air version?
