Lian Li PC-TU100 M-ITX Chassis Review

Total build time was a super quick 20 minutes and that is simply because there isn’t much to go inside this chassis, the most notable component that isn’t here is our GTX 560 Ti which was simply too long to fit in the chassis, had it been an inch shorter, I would have had it in but alas it did not fit. This isn’t a deal breaker though as our MSI card has a rather large cooler and any GPU under 190mm should fit with ease.

The space above the front fan and the ODD bay gave me more than enough room for cable management and I was able to bundle the excess PSU cables with a cable tie, keeping airflow from the front to the back of the chassis relatively unobstructed.

The PSU fits nicely and there is plenty of room above and below if for extra airflow at the back of the chassis. The fan is facing to the left of the chassis and it draws its airflow from the left side panel ventilation. There isn’t a huge amount of clearance for a CPU cooler, you are limited to 60mm and stock coolers or slim aftermarket solutions such as the Akasa one we are using will do nicely.

The bottom HDD mounts keep our drives neatly out of the way of the rest of the components but keep in mind that should you install a high end GPU here then your going to need to be sure that it gets the airflow it requires as most cards draw air from under the GPU and exhaust at the rear.

Around the back we see that everything looks neat and tidy and overall I think this has been a great looking build.
