Logitech G930 Wireless Gaming Headset Review

A Closer LookThe G930 from Logitech is average size, but may seem a little larger due to the earpieces being square as opposed to round. It has an over-the-head design and is extremely comfortable due to the padding on the inside of the headband.
The headband is made from black plastic, is very solid and should sit comfortably no matter what size or shape of head you may have.
The headband also has the model name; G930 printed on the top in faint lettering.
To enable the headset to fit any shape or size, it is adjustable and is numbered so that you can raise it or lower it equally on both sides, unless of course you have uneven ears, you may then want to raise it unevenly to compensate, but this shouldn’t be the case for the majority of users.
The G930 incorporates a comfortable design due to the padding around the ear cups using a faux leather type material and are made in such a way that the cups fully cover your ears. This is done to give you the best possible sound, whilst disabling any background noise and keeping it to a minimum. By using faux leather, it also enables the user to easily clean them if they get dirty from hair products and/or sweat.
The two ear cups are different in design but can both be turned inwards if you need to store them somewhere flat.
The right cup is simple and just has the Logitech logo printed on the middle of the cup. There are no buttons, switches or toggles on this side.
The left side has a completely different story and has three macro ‘G’ buttons, a mute button and volume scroller. Also on the side is a power button with LED indicator and Dolby switch to enable a different type of sound. There is also a port on the bottom of the cup with LED indicator for connector the charging cable.
The microphone is on a pivot and can be moved 45 degrees upwards out of the way or down in front of your mouth.
The microphone is flexible so can be angled to sit in front of your mouth but is very sensitive (depending on your settings) so can just sit nicely by the sound of your mouth, out of the way and still be functional.
