Logitech G930 Wireless Gaming Headset Review

Final ThoughtsWe all know my thoughts on Logitech products and you know that my expectations on this product were exceedingly high, and by some freak of nature, it even exceeded that. I had a vision in my mind as to how good the sound quality would be but didn’t expect the bass to be so punchy or the treble to be so clear with no distortion, even at maximum volume levels and that even left the headset to vibrate quite a lot due to the sheer bass projected through to my ears.
Normally we would list the ups and downsides to a product, but there really aren’t any. Sure the price is high at around £140 from reputable retailers, but that’s no different to some of the wired headsets from the likes of Sennheiser and this is their sole business, yet Logitech have managed to teach them a lesson or two with the G930 headset. Even after that, if you still think that £140 is a lot of money, then you simply don’t deserve to own a headset like this, as it simply is the best.
It has the very best sound quality with the very latest functionality, and even now I’m still finding that the G-keys are a real godsend, especially as I write this listening to some fantastic trance tunes, whilst bopping my head.
In my books, if a headset makes you feel the way that I feel as I write this, then what more is there to say, other than congratulations Logitech, you have won me over again.
In awe of this product and the amazing accomplishment that Logitech have done with this headset, it is the first product to EVER win our eTeknix Platinum Award!
