Mach Xtreme MX-ES 16GB USB3.0 Flash Drive Review

The MX-ES comes in a black and grey card-backed pack with the drive itself attached to the front with a plastic cover. To the left are a few highlights about the drive including its whopping 5 year warranty and optimisation for Asus mainboards.
Turnin the pack over, there is a blurb on the MX-ES drive, including how its performance has been optimised for Asus mainboards, so we are looking forward to some promising results considering all of our test benches here use Asus boards.
Looking at the drive a little closer, its hard not to miss it with it’s bright red metal case and clear housing at either end. Like the MX-GX that we look at last year, the drive has a long slim build as opposed to the more chunky build that we see from the likes of Kingston and their Hyper X flash drives.
