Mach Xtreme Unveiled the Impressive Mach EXPRESS PCIe SSD

Mach Xtreme is a company that I’m mostly familiar with due to their SATA DOMs that I’ve used in a lot of builds over the years, but they also make normal flash drives and SSDs. Now they’re ready with an impressive new drive that I almost missed the news on all together. The newly unveiled drive is called the Mach EXPRESS Series PCIe 3.0 Gen3 SSD add-in card and it brings an impressive power to the table thanks to the NAND, controller, and connection.
The card is built with an Octagon controller solution and comes with a PCIe 3.0 x8 interface for only the best in performance. The Mach EXPRESS add-in card will fit any x8 or x16 PCIe 3.0 slot where it will be able to deliver up to a 4100 MB/s sequential read performance and up to a 3500MB/s sequential write performance. The random performance is equally nice with 220K IOPS.
The Mach EXPRESS PCIe SSD card is fully compliant with AHCI standard and thus is truly plug and play solution where no drivers are needed and maximum compatibility is guaranteed. This card offers an extremely high performance with advanced reliability and durability. It’s also built with an intelligent block management and wear leveling extend the overall endurance which results in a 2 million hours mean time before failure (MTBF) rating.
With 255 grams weight, the drive is quite heavy for an SSD, but it also comes in a 2TB capacity to make up for that. Judging from the size, the card should be fully HHHL compatible for use in slim and small form factor systems too.
Last but not least, the 2TB, Mach Xtreme Mach-EXPRESS PCIe SSD add-in card comes backed with 2-year warranty and after-sales service.
