While NVIDIA sits on its hands over the GeForce GTX 970 debacle, vendors across the UK and Germany have started accepting returns of the product from customers who are unhappy with the graphics card.
NVIDIA has been accused of falsely advertising the capabilities of the GTX 970 card – sold as carrying 4GB memory, but allocation problems mean that only the first pool of 3.5GB is readily accessible – and many customers are unhappy.
Overclockers in the UK and Caseking.de in Germany have said that they will accept returns of the graphics card if customers are dissatisfied. Anyone interested in returning their GTX 970 has until the end of February to do so.
