March PlayStation Plus Releases May Be The Best Yet

PlayStation Plus

As with many game subscription services, what you get each month can vary a little. One of the positives regarding the PlayStation Plus service is that whatever games are offered if you download them, the games yours for as long as you keep it installed.

While this could potentially fill up your hard drive very quickly, there are, occasionally, some major perks. One of these in that in a report via Eurogamer, the March game releases for PlayStation Plus may represent some of the best ever offered.

Whats on offer?

In the March release, if you are a PS Plus member, you can download and keep for free, Bloodborne and Ratchet and Clank. While I have no real opinion on the latter (it’s fun, that’s about all I have to say), for many Bloodborne is one of the best games currently available on the PlayStation.

I must admit, I have played Bloodborne and loved it and as such would definitely recommend you give this a try. Personally, though, I’m always holding a candle that From Software may one day release a PC version.

My case for Bloodborne

Firstly, being a fan of Dark Souls will help you and when playing, if you have experience with Souls, this game will feel very familiar from the off. There are, however, differences. One of the major notable differences is that Bloodborne has a heavy emphasis on combat. Whereas Dark Souls is reliant on a combination of defensive and offensive, Bloodborne rewards you for being aggressive.

Including Ratchet and Clank, you are getting two quality games here for absolutely free! Well… free with a PS Plus subscription.

Where can I get my copy?

If you are a member of PlayStation Plus then the games should be available for you to download from the Store.

If you are not a member, then you can’t have them. Sorry. Their rules not mine. This offer might, however, warrant you taking out just one months membership. Remember, once installed these games are yours until you remove them, regardless of if you keep up your subscription.

What do you think? A fan of Bloodborne or Ratchet and Clank? Will you sign-up for PS Plus to get these? – Let us know in the comments!
