I don’t know exactly when all this started, but it looks like some conspiracy theorists have begun spreading rumors that some of the world’s most powerful people are actually lizards disguised in human costumes. Mark Zuckerberg was apparently not aware of this, as he seemed genuinely surprised when he was asked point-blank if he’s a lizard during a recent Facebook Live Q&A session. The commenter’s exact question was: “Mark, are the allegations true that you’re secretly a lizard?” and the CEO’s answer was the following:
“Um… I’m gonna, I’m gonna have to go with ‘no’ on that. I am not a lizard. But keep the high-quality comments coming in please, this is surely on track to be a great Live Q&A if we continue getting stuff at that level of quality.”
Comedian Jerry Seinfeld also made a surprise appearance, but when Mark expressed his enthusiasm for an upcoming butler A.I. that’s currently in development, Jerry made a not-so-enthusiastic comment:
“Isn’t it funny how we work so hard to just eliminate a little bit of effort? To get the door is not that much work but we are going to put in a lot of work to save us from walking to the door and opening it.”
Can’t really argue with his logic, right? After the Q&A, the two had coffee in a ’57 Chevy Bel Air, probably during a filming session for Seinfeld’s “Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee” show.
