Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Coming to PC

Sony has officially announced that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will soon be making its way to PC. After capturing fans’ hearts on PlayStation 5 in 2023, PC gamers will get their chance to experience the action. At New York Comic-Con 2024, Sony revealed a trailer that showcased the game’s PC release, which is scheduled for January 30, 2025.
Sony has been focusing on bringing some of its biggest titles to PC. This is part of their strategy to generate more revenue by expanding their audience beyond console players. They’ve already released popular titles like Days Gone, Horizon Zero Dawn, and God of War (2018) on PC, and now, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is joining the list.

Insomniac Games, the team behind the original release, confirmed that Nixxes Software is handling the PC port. Nixxes has worked on previous Sony ports, so players can expect high-quality performance. The game is expected to support 4K resolution, Ray Tracing, and up to 60 frames per second, with the possibility of hitting 120 FPS.
