Marvo PRO KG934 TKL RGB Mechanical Keyboard Review

How Much Does it Cost?
Marvo tends to stock its products in smaller computer stores and high street retailers. This means you can really shop around for good deals on their products too. I’ve seen the Marvo Pro KG934 keyboard sell for as low as £28 up to around £40, so it’s best to hunt for the good deals. If you get it under £40, you’re getting a great deal here, and also one of the most affordable and well equipped mechanical keyboards on the market today.
Overview
I won’t beat around the bush here, this keyboard is really impressive, but it’s not without its flaws. Of course, I expected a few quirks given the crazy low price, but thankfully, none of them came at the cost of the actual performance of the keyboard. It’s little details, such as the slightly glossy look of the plastics, which make it look a little dated. It’s also not as heavy as most mechanical keyboards, but again, that was expected given the price. The RGB is a little less bright than most, but it does OK. Finally, I can’t make out the brand of the mechanical switches, but alas, they feel pretty great to type on, so you’ll not see me complaining about them.
What you do get for your investment is a feature-packed, fully mechanical gaming keyboard. You get great features like a Windows Lock Mode, N-Key Rollover, Anti-Ghosting, and a macro engine, allowing you really get the most of your gaming. It all works great, and the light and fast keys have a lovely tactile click to them that feels fast like an MX Red but clicky like the MX Blues.
You get a lot of RGB options too, far more than I would expect on a more affordable model. Full per-key RGB lighting gives you a lot of customisation, and the build-in profiles provide you with easy access to a few great presets too. Some ambient side lights are a nice addition, too, just giving you a little more for your investment.
Overall, this is a great keyboard that makes some obvious compromises to deliver a competent and feature packed gaming keyboard on a tight budget. It looks a little old-school, but the performance is very much up to date. Marvo have proven again that they can deliver on price and performance with their new Pro series!
