A Closer Look

The mouse comes hard-wired with a black braided USB cable, making it ready to rock. However, you can download software to customise the button configuration. The mouse mat just comes ready to roll out and use.

Rolled out and ready to use, told ya!

For a mouse that costs so little, I must admit that it looks and feels pretty fantastic. It doesn’t feel anything near as cheap as I expected. It looks great though, low and mean.

There’s a huge concave wing on the side, offering up two navigation buttons, as well as a thumb switch (red) on the bottom of the wing.

Up on the top, you can see the mouse uses a multi-finish design. There’s a lightly textured matte finish on the front, flat matte on the back and a patterned gloss grip design on the sides.

Another programmable switch up on the top, AKA the BOSS button. I mean, why haven’t all mice got a BOSS button?

Nice sweeping ergonomics should make it more comfortable in the hand, at least, for those of you who use it in your right hand at least.

The scroll wheel is nice and large, but heavily recessed into the body.

Plus, you get two more programmable buttons behind that. Of course, they’re setup for DPI switching by default.

On the bottom, there’s a nice clean design, with five slip mats ensuring good glide.

The mouse is pretty light anyway, so it should glide even on really thick gaming mats.

That being said, the one included works fantastic. It’s not too thick, and fairly hard-wearing tight weave, giving it an almost glossy feel.
