Metro Last Light is celebrating its 10th anniversary by giving away a copy of the original 2013 complete edition of the game entirely for free on Steam.
Metro is a game series I love after playing through all three of the main games last year, the gameplay is linear and easy to grasp, enjoyable and now the first of the three games, Metro Last Light, is available to keep for free on Steam in celebration of its 10 year anniversary. Now this is only the original version and not the 2014 Redux however both Last Light and 2033 Redux are available for just £2.99 at the moment so I urge you to give them a go if you haven’t. Additionally, Metro Exodus the third title in the series is available for £6.99 and is a visually fantastic game where RTX graphics really shine, the gameplay is vastly different from the first two games but still very enjoyable.
It Is the Year 2034. Beneath the ruins of post-apocalyptic Moscow, in the tunnels of the Metro, the remnants of mankind are besieged by deadly threats from outside – and within. Mutants stalk the catacombs beneath the desolate surface and hunt amidst the poisoned skies above. Take Control of Artyom to explore the post-apocalyptic tunnels of Moscow working to prevent what remains of humanity from destroying themselves in a civil war.
