The box is as plain as it can get without having anything on it at all; it features a basic illustration of the chair along with the brand name, product name, product number and a support email address printed on the side.
Taking a look at what is inside the box, we start with the backrest of the chair. The backrest is a simple design that is mostly made up of a non-cushioned mesh that you can see right through. Another feature of the backrest portion of the chair is an inbuilt adjustable lumbar support cushion that we will have a closer look at a bit later on.
The seat is very basic and is simply a cushion with a mesh on top of it. As this is an ergonomic chair, it features some smaller details that you may not realize are important; the chair has a curve in a “w” shape so that it helps conform to the shape of your body to make it more comfortable for long periods of time.
The Legs are a cast aluminium alloy with a shiny finish on top and are otherwise featureless. They do feel good quality and sturdy, I trust them to survive many years of use and likely outlive the rest of the chair.
The armrests and the headrest both come separate from the chair, giving you the option to not attach them if that is your preference.
Also, separate is the mechanism used to operate the gas lift of the chair.
The final aspect that we will look at is the smaller parts of the chair; these include the previously mentioned gas lift, casters bolts and washers with a tool for tightening and a pair of white gloves, presumably, so you don’t get fingerprints on the shiny metal.
