Build Process

The first step of the build process is to attach the casters to the legs of the chair; this is pretty simple, you just slot them into the holes that they are meant for and make sure they are pressed in all the way.

The second step of building the chair is to attach the gas lift to the legs, this is also really simple as it just slides into a perfectly sized hole.

The next step is to screw the armrests into the base of the chair. The instructions for this step and the next step did not make it very clear that you need to use washers, so I ended up removing the armrests and reattaching them with washers.

The next step, attach the gas lift mechanism to the bottom of the chair, making sure to use the included washers.

Next up, we need to attach the backrest to the seat of the chair, this attaches with three screws and washers that are bigger than the previous washers.

The final two steps are to attach the headrest and finally put the entire body of the chair onto the legs. It is easiest to put the headrest on at the very end of the process.

Finished Build

And there we have it! The front of the chair looks very standard for an office chair, it doesn’t do anything fancy and keeps things simple to keep the cost down.

The sides of the chair give us a bit of a look at the ergonomic design, it features an arch that supports your back as you sit to help prevent back pain after long periods of time sitting down.

The back of the chair shows us another aspect of the design, instead of a solid back that uses extra material that is not needed for a mesh chair, it uses minimal material just needed for structure.

Overall the build process was relatively painless, the only thing that stood out as difficult was the armrests; they were hard to align properly and the instructions were not clear enough in telling me that I needed to use washers.
