Microsoft Green Velocity Edition Xbox Controller Now Available

It doesn’t matter if you play on Xbox, mobile or PC, the Xbox class of controllers are a great addition to any gaming setup. And while the new edition of the Xbox controller doesn’t change the underlying formula, it certainly has a striking new colour to enjoy!

What Microsoft Had to Say

“Everyone has a favourite colour, something that speaks to you unlike any other. At Xbox, we’re quite partial to green. That’s why we are excited to announce the Xbox Wireless Controller – Velocity Green, which sports our signature green colour.” – Microsoft

The Velocity Green is the newest addition to the Microsoft Xbox controller lineup, with Shock Blue, Pulse Red, Deep Pink, and Electric Volt providing some other vibrant choices. Of course, it’s still the same great controller you know and loves, with the modern Series X design that has the share button and the newer D-Pad design. There’s a textured grip on the triggers, bumpers, and back of the controller too. Plus the usual 40 hours of battery life, so you can enjoy those long gaming sessions.

How Much Does it Cost?

The new controller design is currently available to purchase worldwide at the Microsoft Store. MSRP for Western territories are $64.99 / £54.99 / €59.99.
