Microsoft Offers Ugly Windows XP Sweater, Perfect For The Christmas Season

With Christmas around the corner, so are ugly sweaters, especially in the office with a range of terrible colours, itchy materials and some obscene designs. For those looking for something ugly to wear in the IT department, Microsoft have you covered with a Windows XP wallpaper themed sweater.
Windows XP Sweater
Windows XP featured probably the most iconic desktop wallpaper of all time. Named Bliss, the empty green rolling hill with a bright blue cloudy sky has remained relevant even to this day, 22 years after its original release in 2001. The Xbox Gear Shop currently features this sweater for sale at $69.99/£55.95 unfortunately as of writing only in 2XL and 3XL which would probably drown me. It looks horrible but equally amazing and should win the hearts of those that love XP.
Microsoft shared some history on Bliss including it’s origins which stem back from a photo taken by a Nat Geo photographer in Napa Valley wine country back in 1996. This was several years before the Windows XP launch in 2001 where this photo became the iconic wallpaper. The photo itself, despite its almost artificial look, is completely unedited to this day.
