Mionix Announces The Propus 380 Gaming Mousepad

Mionix is a highly respected peripherals manufacturer which prides itself on creating sophisticated products without gimmicks. For example, the NAOS 8200 is a popular device featuring an accurate sensor, beautiful coating and extremely ergonomic design. Everything that Mionix releases is pure class and it’s a brand I’ve been fond of for a considerable amount of time. Recently, the company unveiled the Propus 380 gaming mousepad which covers a surface area of 380mm x 360mm and has a 4mm thickness. According to Mionix, the mousepad is designed for precision movements without limiting the speed too much. Therefore, it’s a good all-rounder and should be a suitable choice for most people.

The top portion is finished with a rather impressive water-repellent coating while the bottom opts for a rubberised PVC base. Interestingly, the mousepad has a stylish aesthetic thanks to the glitter material. I don’t think this will either impede or improve the tracking and it’s been included for visual purposes. As you might expect, the mousepad is very flexible and can be rolled up easily. This makes it handy for travelling and storing the item away. In terms of pricing, the Mionix Propus 380 will retail at 24.99 Euros and should be available from the company’s online store. Personally, I love the glitter finish and wouldn’t mind using the product alongside my own personal rig.

Do you still use a mousepad?
