Modded by Frenchies at Mod in Taiwan

Talented modders Gregory Rousseau and Alivier Maillet are hard at work on their custom InWin 509 chassis build here at Mod in Taiwan. We’re already seeing their build come together nicely and so far, the entire back panel has been replaced and they’re using folded sheet metal for what looks like a unique side and top panel arrangement, although it remains to be seen how it will all piece together.
There’s a lot of parts being tweaked here and a few sets of paint ready for the build; we’re eager to see this thing with all the colours in place and with one day to go, that shouldn’t be long.
The folded sheet metal is still being cut and tweaked, and the work looks pretty extensive and comparable to a scratch build. Below we also have a stack of water cooling hardware too, which we know will look awesome once fitted.
It looks like we can expect custom memory too, as the heat spreaders have been stripped away, no doubt ready for painting.
