Minecraft, who would have guessed after all these years, we’d still be playing it and having fun? Not me, that’s for sure, but here we are! Of course, much of the fun these days comes from content creators and modders, and today is no exception. KNKevin has unleashed Marvel’s ultimate mitten, the Infinity Gauntlet!
Now you can play Minecraft and live out your Thanos fantasy. Unfortunately, you can’t click your fingers and delete half of all the souls in the game. However, you do get some pretty cool abilities. Reality allows you to turn hostile mobs into passive ones. You can freeze time, build portals for instant teleportation, and even deploy a massive beam that will cause ANYTHING to explode. All you need is a few precious stones and a bit of redstone, and you’re ready to rock.
To craft the Infinity Gauntlet, you must drop:
“To use the the Infinity Gauntlet, have it in your offhand slot and right click. Having different hotbar slots selected will use different stones. Reality: Transforms hostile mobs in a radius around the player into passive ones. Projectiles turn into bats. Crouching while using this will only affect entities that you are looking at Space: Creates a portal at where you look at. Using it again will create a second portal linked to the first. Walking through a portal will teleport you to the other and destroy both portals shortly Power: Shoots a beam that explodes anything it touches Time: Freezes/unfreezes time Mind: Right clicking while looking at a mob will mind control it. Right clicking while crouching and looking at another mob will cause mind controlled mobs to target that mob” – KNKevin
The mod is easy enough to set up too, just grab the Infinity Gauntlet Mod at Planet Minecraft. You’ll need to be on version 1.17 to use it, so just make sure you set everything up right and have fun!
