Although not coming with any ‘hybrid’ fan functionality, the Montech Century does clearly have a very decent curve speed build into the design. Averaging around 800 RPM at full load, this still remains barely audible and, in terms of overall system noise, should not be noticed by the average user. When things are a little more sedate, however, the fan speed quickly drops down to around 250-275 RPM. As such, if low acoustic levels are a key factor in your system design, then this power supply should handle the job admirably.
