Mortal Kombat XL for PC Release Date Revealed

We already told you that Mortal Kombat XL would probably make its way to the PC judging by an entry in the Steam database, and the news was just confirmed by Warner Bros. not too long ago. The game was originally developed by NetherRealm Studios, but its PC adaptation will be taken care of by Qloc, and we do hope that the port will be a smooth one. Mortal Kombat XL will become available on the PC on October 4th, and those of you who already own Mortal Kombat X on the PC will also be able to download the game’s latest patch on that day. The patch aims to provide an enhanced online experience, and it includes the latest balance updates.

Mortal Kombat XL is basically a final version of NetherRealm’s acclaimed fighting title, which means that it includes the original Kombat Pack and the second Kombat Pack, each featuring its own unique characters and skins:

  • Playable characters Predator, Jason Voorhees, Tremor and Tanya, with each accompanied by three themed skins.
  • Samurai Skin Pack.
  • Brand new playable characters the Xenomorph from Alien, Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre horror film series, Triborg and Bo’Rai Cho.
  • Apocalypse Skin Pack.
  • Previously released content including playable Goro, Brazil Skin Pack, Kold War Skin Pack and Kold War Scorpion Skin.

Are you looking forward to playing Mortal Kombat XL on the PC?
